I like to move it move it


I just love this article.... 10fitness. It talks about the importance of A workout play list. I don't know about you,But I CANNOT workout with out my Ipod or some kind of music going. It is my motivation,Its what makes me go faster and longer and what gets me in the mood to WORK HARD.There is now scientific proof of what a good work out play list can do for you.
